1. We were referred to David through the Redfin web site. After a couple of quick phone calls to discuss his rate (which was quite reasonable) and to schedule an appointment, David and his son were able to accept the job of inspecting our prospective home. I found both David and his son to be very knowledgeable and quite thorough as they inspected things in the home that I never would have thought to check. They provided me with thoughtful explanations during the inspection, but also emailed me a detailed report the next day (in addition to the hand-written report they left with me on the day of) that included everything big and small. They moved quickly and efficiently through the house and aside from a couple minor things I noticed after we moved in, I feel they did an excellent job pointing out everything I needed to know. They even gave me some advice about maintenance that I felt was above and beyond what I would have expected. For anyone looking for an inspector, David and his son will do a fine job and I'd recommend working with them.

And when they did the written report my husband and I were really impressed with the high quality of their photographs that he sent to us and to the attorneys .....
